How can new members join?
Contact our membership committee via email at southdeerfieldwomensclub@gmail.com OR just show up to our next meeting, we are always accepting new members! We congregate on the 4th Wednesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) from September to April at the Holy Family Church, 29 Sugarloaf St, South Deerfield. Our first meeting of the season in September is usually a potluck and is a great time to jump in!
Who can join?
As per the club’s constitution, any women residing in the town is eligible for membership.
If I show up at a meeting, what can I expect?
We start by reading Mary Stewart’s Collect for Women together. Read the missive and more about it here. We then conduct a business meeting where we plan upcoming events & outreach. This is followed by some form of educational/informational programming and we wrap it all up with light refreshments and socializing.
Is there any financial commitment?
Our membership fee is $25 per year. Additional donations may be sought throughout the year for specific events, but further contributions are not required.
